Privacy

Short version: no accounts, no email, no tracking, no ads. Your cards are reachable only through your deck's private link.

What is stored

• Card decks: the name and note you give the deck, your cards and steps, and pictures you add. The deck's private link is not stored, only a one-way fingerprint of it (SHA-256), and the same for a walk link.
• Pictures: re-saved as plain JPEG files without camera or location details, kept outside the public website folder, shown only through your deck's links.
• Request counters: to stop abuse, a salted one-way fingerprint of your network address is counted for a day and deleted after 3 days.
• Server logs: the web server keeps ordinary access logs. Private links are blanked out of this site's own error logs.

What is not

No names of people are asked for, no email address, no payment details (there is no payment form), and no tracking or advertising scripts. Pages load nothing from other websites.

Please do not

Do not write passwords, PINs, account numbers or medical details on a card. Anyone who has the deck link, or the walk link, can read it. The editor refuses lines that look like a password.

Deleting

Delete a card, or the whole deck, from the deck page: it is removed from the server at once, pictures too (backups of the database are kept for 14 days, then replaced). A deck nobody opens for 400 days is deleted by itself.
