About Step Cards

Weldon Computer is a WeldonPC.com site. Step Cards is made and run by WeldonPC.com, a computer repair and support company; there is no separate company called Weldon Computer.

People who fix computers for a living, and people who are simply "good with computers", get asked the same questions over and over. Most of those questions are not broken computers: they are steps someone has not done often enough to remember. Written steps, in plain words, with "what you will see" after each one, let a person do it on their own the next time.

Step Cards does one thing: it helps you write those steps, check the wording, and hand them over in a form that is easy to follow. It does not run anything on anyone's computer, it does not connect remotely, and it does not use AI.

Need hands-on help?

For repairs, virus scares, new computer setup or anything that needs a person, see WeldonPC.com. Step Cards itself does not book or sell those services.

Starter cards

The starter cards were written for this site from the help pages each one names. They are not made or checked by Microsoft, Apple, Google or the Federal Trade Commission, and those names belong to their owners.
